Data and purposes

• Account: email address and identifier, required to create an account. Legal basis: performance of the contract.
• Your campaign content: texts, sheets and images you create or upload. Legal basis: performance of the contract.
• AI assistant connections: keys and authorizations you create, last use date and originating IP address. Legal basis: performance of the contract and service security (legitimate interest).
• Technical logs: IP address and tool calls (name, duration, volume). Legal basis: service security (legitimate interest).
• Billing: handled by our payment provider, which sends us your subscription status. Legal basis: performance of the contract and accounting obligations.

Recipients

Our providers for authentication, hosting and database, network and file storage, caching and payment. Some are established in the United States: transfers rely on the Data Privacy Framework or on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses, available on request.

Retention

• Account, campaigns and connections: until you delete your account.
• Backups: thirty days.
• Technical logs: three months.
• Invoices: statutory period, held by the payment provider.

Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, on request at contact@dunjn.io. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French supervisory authority.

Cookies

The application only uses necessary cookies: login session and interface preferences (language, sidebar). The dunjn.io website sets none.
